Supported container formats include WebM, MP4, OGG, ADTS (AAC), and FLAC. For video codecs, you can choose from VP8, VP9, AV1, H.264 (AVC), and H.265 (HEVC), while audio codecs include Opus, AAC, and FLAC. Yes, if supported by your PC. Enable microphone recording in the settings and select a Loopback device (Stereo Mix on Windows, or BlackHole on macOS). In doing so, turn OFF noise suppression and echo cancellation.
If sound is playing in the tab being recorded, it will be recorded twice, so enabling "Mute recording tab" in the options is helpful.
Recorded video, transcription, and summary data are never sent to or stored on any external server. All recording, audio processing, and local AI transcription and summarization are performed entirely within your browser.
No additional fees or API keys are required. However, your environment must support WebGPU, and a stable internet connection is required to download the necessary model data when enabling the feature.
No, recording multiple tabs simultaneously is not supported. Only one tab can be recorded at a time. As an exception, you can record multiple tabs simultaneously on the same PC by using different Chrome profiles. Consider using separate profiles if needed.
